First time students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.
Please be on time!
Come to class clean and free of perfumes .
Yoga is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all 2-3 hours before class.
Come hyrdrated, drink water before and after class.
Please ensure your cell phones are turned off.
Please remove your shoes at the door. Since people will be walking around barefoot, it is most hygenic if everyone takes off their outdoor footwear at the front door.
Tell your instructor about any injuries. This will help the instructor know how to adjust you or show you a modified pose if required.
Most importantly show up with a sense of adventure!
